Everyone’s heard of Botox® over a million people have been treated since it was approved by the FDA in 2002. Botox® is most effective on frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead creases. It works by relaxing facial muscles that cause the brow to furrow. Our treatments can usually be done in about an hour in our comfortable facility, with minimal or no discomfort. You can return to work with no recovery time! There are virtually no side effects. The results last from four to six months (individual cases may vary). Best of all, it is one of the most affordable and effective ways to smooth wrinkles that exists today.
Xeomin® contains botulinum toxin type A, the same active ingredient found in Botox and Dysport. The only botulinum toxin that does not require refrigeration. XEOMIN® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a highly purified treatment that temporarily improves the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines between eyebrows.
Dermal Filler Options
You’ll find both temporary and permanent dermal fillers at your cosmetic doctor’s office, and each type presents various benefits. Temporary fillers are absorbed by the body after a period of time and will require ongoing treatment sessions. Permanent fillers maintain their shape for extended periods of time, and will help you maintain those youthful looks for the long term. Deciding between the two types of treatments will depend on your budget, your long-term goals for skin enhancement, and whether you have any allergic reactions to each formula.
Juvéderm® XC and Juvéderm Voluma™ XC
Juvéderm® XC is the only HA filler with FDA approval to last up to one year. Ask your Medical Professional how you can get long-lasting results. Juvéderm® XC injectable gel is a next-generation smooth consistency gel dermal filler that helps to instantly restore your skin’s volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds like your smile lines or parentheses (nasolabial fold the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth).
Juvéderm Voluma™ XC is for deep injection in the cheek area to correct age-related volume loss, resulting in a subtle lift. Clinically proven to last up to 2 years with optimal treatment.
Developed with safety and longevity in mind, Radiesse is a new generation injectable filler that offers superior versatility for both cosmetic and reconstructive use without surgery. The unique composition of Radiesse provides immediate visual improvement common with other fillers, along with the benefit of long-lasting results. This is because Radiesse is made of very tiny, smooth calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres. The microspheres (particles) form a scaffold through which your body’s own collagen grows, and this produces the desired long-term effects.
Belotero Balance® is an FDA-approved injectable filler used to treat facial lines and other skin imperfections. This treatment, although approved for the treatment of smile lines, is unique in its use for fine lines. It can be used to gently enhance lip lines, crow’s feet and other fine lines on various parts of the face and neck. Belotero Balance®, just like Juvederm®, like is comprised of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance. It is unique in its ability to intersperse with the skin’s own collagen.
